Our company offers high-quality Teflon hoses. Here is a brief introduction to each layer and its features:
The innermost layer of our hose is made from pure PTFE material. This ensures excellent chemical resistance and smooth flow of fluids. The PTFE inner tube has remarkable high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius. This makes it ideal for applications involving hot fluids or gases. Additionally, its non-stick properties prevent material buildup, ensuring consistent performance over time.
The second layer consists of stainless steel braiding, which provides mechanical strength and durability to the hose. We use either 304 or 316 stainless steel wires for braiding, depending on the specific requirements of the application. This braiding enhances the hose’s ability to withstand higher pressures, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The stainless steel also adds corrosion resistance, further extending the hose’s service life.
To further customize our PTFE hoses, we offer optional outer layers. These can include materials such as PU (polyurethane), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), or silicone. These outer layers provide additional protection against abrasion, UV exposure, and other environmental factors. For example, a silicone outer layer can enhance the hose’s flexibility and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for applications where both heat and flexibility are critical.
