High Pressure Smooth Bore PTFE Hose
High pressure smooth bore PTFE hose is designed for high-pressure and high-pulse heavy-duty applications. It maintains good flexibility due to the superior tension control of the single-layer small wire diameter plated braided design.
PTFE smooth bore high pressure hose is ideal for many chemical, gas and high purity applications. An extensive line of single source PTFE hoses is ideal for every situation. These hoses are available in different reinforcement styles- single braid, double braids. Reinforcement material is made of 300 series (304/316) stainless steel.
PTFE is a fluoropolymer that provides the best overall chemical resistance in the industry. At the same time, it offers very high (up to +260℃) and low temperature ratings (-65℃), and handle pressures up to 4,350 psi. In addition, PTFE can withstand continuous bending, vibration and impulse. PTFE hose will find its use in many industries, including pharmaceutical, high-pressure gas, food procesing, bio-tech, chemical transfer, and process water. OEM high pressure PTFE hoses for your equipment are also accepted.
Choose from virgin PTFE or conductive black tubing. Available in bulk lengths or complete assemblies and accessories. Various types of tests can also be performed.
Lightweight single braid high pressure hoses are designed for applications requiring strength, reliability and long term performance with low profile and flexibility.
