Chemical applications
The PTFE braided hose is resistant to almost all common chemicals on the market today. The only known chemicals that can destroy PTFE are molten alkali metals and halogenated chemicals, which makes braided PTFE hose ideal for various manufacturing surroundings.
Automotive applications
PTFE hose for brake has solved the problems of aging, corrosion and poor oil resistance of traditional rubber hose. It is the preferred product of automobile industry and brake line industry.
Food and beverage production
PTFE hoses will not be damaged by prolonged exposure to moisture. In addition, contact with PTFE will not increase the smell, taste or color of any chemical substances, thus obtaining the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval seal for food contact.
Fluid transfer system
PTFE hose for hot fluid, which made from 100% virgin Daikin PTFE resin, extruded by the domestic most advanced processing, greatly improve the pressure and bending resistance. For 1/4’’ ID hose, the burst pressure can reach 80Mpa, working pressure 20MPa at 25℃.
