The Flexible PTFE tubing is a high temperature material with a non-adhesive surface and easy to clean. It is a chemical resistant corrosion tube that resists most corrosive liquids, including thermal acids. All of our raw materials are used famous brands with high quality and performance, such as Daikin, DuPont, 3M or top materials in China. It is dense than ordinary materials and effectively reduces tube permeability, making it an excellent choice for delivering chemicals.
The corrugated design of the tube can increase the flexibility of the tube, and achieve a very small bending radius, with excellent bending life performance and greatly improved stress and cracking resistance. Our PTFE convoluted meets FDA standards and can be used not only in the semiconductor, automotive, chemical and petrochemical industries, but also in the more demanding food and medical industries.
The Flexible PTFE convoluted tubing can be provided with cuffed ends for easy connection to compression or barb fittings. Flares and flanges for accessories are available upon request.
For applications where electrostatic accumulation is a problem, unwinding PTFE tubes can be made with a conductive lining to dissipate the static electricity. The convoluted tubing can also be made into thicker walls or produced using low profiles to allow for greater fluid flow in the ID of tubing.
We also accept custom-made that can be supplied cut to specific lengths, together with either straightened, cuffed or flanged ends for easy connection. If you want to test our tubes for your application, we can provide free samples.
