AN Series Automotive PTFE Hose
AN series automotive PTFE hose is made of high quality PTFE inner tube and braid with SUS304 stainless steel wire to increase the working pressure of the tube as a fuel hose for automotive purposes.
The PTFE inner tube can also be added to a conductive black lining which is suitable for transmitting a resistive fluid at high flow rates. The wire layer surface can also be covered with different materials, such as PVC, PU, PA, PE, Polyester, nylon, Aramid fiber. By covering these materials, we can create hose types that fully fit your application requirements.

Choose Your AN Series Automotive PTFE Hose
The PTFE hose is inert to almost all chemicals, and it is highly chemically resistant and fully compatible with a variety of fuels, including: gasoline, diesel engines, alcohol fuels, nitromethane, biodiesel, hydrocarbon fuels, synthetic lubricants, octane boosters, and other fuel additives. It also has the lowest known friction coefficient, forming smooth and non-sticky surfaces to protect your medium transmission with the lowest pressure drop throughout the hose’s life lifetime.
The PTFE hose provides low volume expansion at maximum working pressure and is designed for high pressure and high pulse heavy load applications. It maintains excellent flexibility due to its excellent tension control. Transmission fuel lines, hydraulic high-performance suspension systems, and turbocharger oil supply hoses that are used for all vehicles, and brake hoses that are installed on tens of millions of cars, all-terrain vehicles, racing cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
Another benefit of the PTFE lining in the hose is no steam escape and fluid contamination, preventing the penetration of fuel additives (such as ethanol), which means that you can run the fuel lines in the race car without any fuel odor, which is important for any enclosed space. Previously, the most common rubber oil pipe was used, but fuel additives such as ethanol can spoil the rubber over time. This makes the PTFE tubes an ideal hose as an alternative to standard rubber
